Roxborough Park, with more than 850 homeowners and 19 miles of roadways has only one principal ingress and egress point, through the rocks at the enterance. There are actually three emergency exit points within the park which could be used in the event of a major disaster evacuation or fire:
| - In the middle of Roxborough Park off of Moss Rock and at the South end of Rain Dance, there is a paved emergency roadway that goes across Arrowhead Golf Course and runs by the trash disposal site on out the main enterance to Roxborough Park.
- The other two exit points are very rough. They are not maintained and are NOT suitable for anything other than true off road 4X4 vehicles. Hummers are good, but a Lexus probably won't make it:
1. At the north end of Roxborough Park, there is an unmaintained dirt track that goes off of the end of Roxborough Drive North over through the River Canyon property to Waterton Road. 2. At the opposite end of Roxborough Park, there is a gated dirt road that runs south over the ridge and into the Nelson Ranch property and on in to the back of Sedalia. | Click Here for a full-sized view (file will open in a new window).
