Keith Worley, Forestor and Consultant says, "[The Reno fire is] pretty spectacular to say the least. This shows how a standard suburban subdivision can be at risk... regarding the realities of wildfire behavior under high wind conditions."

The Roxborough Park Foundation is an association of property owners organized under the laws of the State of Colorado for the benefit of the common interest of the community. These documents set out the rights and responsibilities of the Foundation as well as its members.

  • Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation
    The purpose of this document, which is filed with the Colorado Secretary of State, is to give legal life to our Nonprofit Corporation and to set out only in general terms the purpose of, and membership rights in, the Roxborough Park Foundation.

  • Amended and Restated Covenants
    The Protective Covenants define the essential character of the Roxborough Park community through extensive guidelines and restrictions on land use, design review, annual budgeting and assessment powers of the Board, common area use and restrictions, covenant enforcement authority, and the role of the owners in managing the Foundation.
