NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF ROXBOROUGH PARK FOUNDATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to Members of the Roxborough Park Foundation that the Board of Directors of the Foundation, pursuant to Article 4, Section 4.1 of the Foundation’s Amended and Restated Bylaws has called an Annual Meeting of the Members of the Roxborough Park Foundation to be held at:

Roxborough Park Community Center
6237 Roxborough Drive
Littleton, Colorado 80125

Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at 7:00 p.m.,
or at any and all adjournments thereof.


The purpose for this Annual Meeting is as follows:

  1. To inform owners of past activity and anticipated future activity at Roxborough Park Foundation.
  2. To elect TWO (2) Directors to serve for a period of three years with the Board of Directors of the Foundation.

Please plan to attend this important meeting.  Roxborough Park is your community.

Keith Worley, Forestor and Consultant says, "[The Reno fire is] pretty spectacular to say the least. This shows how a standard suburban subdivision can be at risk... regarding the realities of wildfire behavior under high wind conditions."
