The Roxborough Park Fire Mitigation Committee requests you to record the time and money you spend on wildfire mitigation. The time a property owner spends mitigating his/her property or the amount a property owner pays someone else to mitigate his/her property can qualify for matching funds. The funds can be used for our community fire-mitigation programs such as: slash removal, creating firebreaks within the Park, mitigation along our access route, community education. Some years no matching funds are available, but we request that you log the time and money spent to enable the District to update our mitigation database.

The Roxborough Park Foundation is an association of property owners organized under the laws of the State of Colorado for the benefit of the common interest of the community. These documents set out the rights and responsibilities of the Foundation as well as its members.

  The purpose of this document, which is filed with the Colorado Secretary of State, is to give legal life to our Nonprofit Corporation and to set out only in general terms the purpose of, and membership rights in, the Roxborough Park Foundation.
  
  
• Amended and Restated Covenants
  The Protective Covenants define the essential character of the Roxborough Park community through extensive guidelines and restrictions on land use, design review, annual budgeting and assessment powers of the Board, common area use and restrictions, covenant enforcement authority, and the role of the owners in managing the Foundation.

  The Bylaws contain various procedural and administrative rules regarding the Roxborough Foundation.
